On a makeshift bridge
My feet dangling in the air
Beauty surrounds me
Glowing sky with birds chirping
Am grateful for God’s nature

The broken tree
Spans the cliff opening
Daring me to test
Its strength

Taking a deep breath
I gingerly step
Onto the broken tree
Hoping for the best

A few creaks
But the tree
Holds me solid
I sit in the centre

The tree sags
Under my weight
But I trust my God
To keep me safe

The final frontier
These are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise
It’s five year mission
To explore strange new worlds
To seek out new life
New civilizations
To boldly go where no man has gone before

Space II
Gazing longingly
Into space
I send my thoughts and greetings
Out into the void
Aiming for the stars
Hoping for an answer
From beyond

Alien Life
Staring into the void of space
My mind wonders
Are there others
On another planet
Wondering about
Life on another world
Right now

Space III
Shouting soundlessly
Perhaps pointlessly
Alien awareness
Comes closer
